I had played pickleball and it affected my Achilles Tendons. I wanted to be able to play again and not get out of bed with stiff ankles every morning. I was seeing Dr. Tim for my back and he recommended trying Shockwave Therapy. I'm so glad I did because after 3 sessions, I noticed a significant improvement. I was able to resume pickleball and other activities without worrying about my tendons. A couple months later, I did something to my knee. My left knee is much better after 10 treatments, no sharp pain. Also, I can now walk up and down stairs with only minor pain. I just walked 29,000 steps in 5 days on vacation.

In July 2025, I experienced extreme soreness, pain and tenderness in my left arm and shoulder. Numbness and tingling radiated into my hand and fingers, as well. I could not lift a gallon of water, reach above my head, or do simple daily tasks.
